Admission Policy
Parents must complete and return all enrollment forms, including
transcripts and preceding school's records. A personal interview
with the principal along with an entrance exam is required for all
students seeking admission in grades Pre-K through 9th. Parents
must understand that the school will attempt to lead their child
to a personal relationsip with and commitment to God. All parents
and students applying must agree to the purpose and goals of CCA
and abide by all policies in order to be admitted. During the school
year the admissions office will continue to accept applications
and screen prospective students; however, admission into the school
will only occur at CCA's grading periods. No student will be admitted
during the final grading period.
Students who have been
dismissed or expelled or recommended for transfer due to disciplinary
reasons from CCA can not be readmitted. Student who have been dismissed
or expelled due to disciplinary reasons from another school may
or may not be admitted on a provisional basis. The administration
reserves the right to deny the acceptance of a student if, after
interviewing the student and evaluating his application, it is determined
that CCA cannot service the student according to its curricular
offerings and in light of the faculty's expertise.
Although learning disabilities
are the responsibility of the parent, doctor and child, students
with learning problems will not be excluded from CCA if they meet
entrance requirements and can function successfully in the classroom
without special services. This decision shall be made by the Administration.
The Handbook Acknowledgement
Form must be signed and returned to the school's office upon receipt.
Students will not be allowed to attend classes without a signed
contract on file in the administrative offices.
Tuition
Tuition fees must be paid prior to the first of each month. Fees
are non-refundable and non-transferable when a student is withdrawn
for disciplinary reasons or expelled from CCA. Tuition fees are
non-transferable or non-refundable when a parent makes a unilateral
decision to withdraw the child and when extenuating circumstances
stated in the handbook are not applicable. (See handbook for
Tuition Policy)
